It's here that thousands of aspiring new talent arrive daily by bus, by train, and even airplane,
in hopes of being the next big star of the Silver Scream.
Dozens of gorgeous sweater girls sit at the counter at Schwab's Drugstore daily, waiting to be discovered.
And if you're lucky enough to get your mitts on one of those argyle-clad beauties, you can take her out for a hot dog.
Uh-uh, don't think so.
Not in Hollywood. Take out your big wallet for dinner at the Brown Derby and dancing at the Pineapple Grove.
All the Hollywood big shots go there. She'll want to be discovered, you know.
And that takes cash. Barraza.
And of all the beautiful starlets with their paw prints preserved in cement at the Roman's Chinese Theater,
our favorite has got to be Mammoth Pictures' fabulous bombshell, Gina Van Doren.
