Water first thing in the morning.

It's basic, but it works.

To make it easy, I just place a glass of water next to my bed before I *****.

When I wake up, it's right there, waiting.

Lemon is great, but even plain water does the job.

The feeling of hydration and mental clarity in the morning.

It's a small thing that changes the whole start of the day.

Stretch instead of scroll.

I used to reach for my phone the second I woke up.

Now I do 10 minutes of gentle stretching.
