They are called Night Droids.
The leading manufacturer of Night Droids has just completed the Delta,
a top-of-the-line deluxe model, now ready for testing.
Night Droids are tested in the Pleasure Maze, sometimes called the Pie Maze.
No Night Droid has made it all the way through.
This is the story of the one that does.
