So Jenny, the blonde girl, is the main character of this story.
And she just found an apartment where she's going to live in the upcoming months and years.
Now Kayla is saying, "So welcome to your chambers, your ladyship."
"Th-thanks," said Jenny, and she turned her back.
Now she's checking the room.
"Yeah, yeah, it's a mess. I'm lazy, what can I say?"
"Oh, but weren't you a fresh-a first-year student?"
"Yeah, but I've been chilling for a couple years, doing my thing, living the life, you know."
"Whoa."
Then my mother insisted on getting something tenable out of it.
"Go figure, I couldn't care less if people like it or not."
"So what do you do?"
I wonder how she manages to pay for this apartment on her own.
Well, maybe her parents have money and they're helping her.
Not everyone comes from a humble family like mine.
And speaking of them, maybe they'll be okay with this arrangement.
I mean, this is almost the same as if I'm sharing a room at a campus, right?
She's another ABAA student, in the same grade,
and the only difference is that we're in an apartment all for ourselves.
