It has a silicone band, but what I used to do is,

I used to have to take, like if it's any higher,

then it's gonna just completely cut you off

and then you'll see the shape wear.

So I always, especially in white,

I really need to cover and have like smoothness

and I need to still feel like snatched

and sucked in in a dress.

But what I would do is I'd take my shape wear,

I'd cut the back really low,

put double-sided tape around it and stick it to me

and then, in case it was so it wouldn't move,

I would take double-sided tape and stick that to the dress,

like on top of the shape wear and stick that to the dress

so it wouldn't move and you wouldn't see it anywhere.

But now, so my goal is to always have solutions

for the problems and the shape wear

that I've never been able to find that just don't exist,

that I would cut up and make myself.

So I just wanted you guys to see why it's such a dip,

why it kind of shows your crack and how necessary it is.

'Cause if I was wearing this white dress without shape wear,

you'd see cellulite and I just wouldn't feel as confident.
