buttered in some ass butter,

and we're also gonna have a little bit of sausage

basted in a little bit of colon grease.

So without further ado,

I'd like to start the demonstration.

My name is Greg Clark,

and I'm learning the ropes here of cooking today.

So, well, I can tell you right now,

it's been about, I don't know,

I've been, five years I've had my restaurant

in upstate New York over in Boinkersville,

and our recipes up there are good.

And the first thing I'm gonna start with

is I'm gonna peel up this garlic.

So we need to go ahead and get all that off there.

And we chop it rooney here.

That's good stuff, that's real good stuff.

Now, I usually just do this.

Cross hatches.

Okay, this is going to be our cilantro, garlic cilantro ass butter.

Okay, so here, put that there.

Take the fresh cilantro.

Don't need too much, it's very powerful.
