Just kind of, just a part of how you want your head to be.

I like to have it up a little bit higher because it stretches out the back of my neck.

And then just opening the chest.

Nice, deep breath in.

And you're going to shift the hips up and down here.

So you're going to shift the right hip down and hold it.

Keep the core engaged.

And then you're going to shift the other way.

Okay.

And just keep going with this left and right, drop it up and down.

Just go at your own pace here.

Just open that hip joint.

Core engaged.

Drop it left and right.

Now bring the knees in.

You want to windshield wipe on the knees down to the right.

And then bring the legs up and then drop down to the left side.
