So today we're basically going to do a little yoga stretches.

So let's get right into it.

First, we're going to start with stretching our backs.

Little arch to the back.

Stretch as high as you can.

We're going to count to five.

One.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Good.

Stretch your arms out.

Next, the last one is called the cobra.

Ready?

Let's go.

The other leg stretch.

One, two, three, four, five.

Good.

Now this one is called the cat pose.

Look it up so that's how I know.

It's actually my first time doing yoga too.

So the cat yoga pose, we're going to arch that back upwards.

And downwards.

Upwards.

And downwards.

Now just like a feline.

One, two, three, four, five.

This one I think is my favorite so far. It's called the lion pose.

Pose like a lion.

And do the roar.

One more time. Pose like a lion.

And do the roar.

Awesome, one more time.
