Today we're going to work on the inner thighs.

We're going to start with just leaning forward.

Stretch out the hamstrings.

And then slowly come back.

We're going to bring the legs into butterfly pose.

Okay, so butterfly pose is a great way to stretch the inner thighs.

We're just going to start with doing some hip circles here.

Squeeze the core.

Keep pressing your feet together.

Keep the muscles engaged.

And reverse.

Roll the pelvis up. Really push it up.

Lower it back down.

And we just do a flow.

You want to squeeze the legs. Keep your feet together.

And back to the center. Bring your feet up.

We're going to rock down, back and forth here with the legs.

Windshield wiper.

This is a great way to open the hips.

Hold it down to the left side.

And you're going to just push into that foot and raise the hip up.

And roll it back down. Roll the hips over to the other side.

And back to the center.

Now we're going to bring the knees up. Roll the pelvis under. Bring the knees up.

And we're just going to open the legs. Put the feet together.

Stretching the inner thighs.

And use your elbows to open your legs a little bit further.

Okay. And the feet up.

And then bring your feet up.

And let the hamstrings stretch.

And then open the legs.
